About Us

The College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick

The College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick regulates the practice of Counselling Therapists by ensuring ethical services that will protect the public we serve.  We are dedicated to providing the highest standard of Counselling/Therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups through:

  • Comprehensive standards of practice

  • Ethical decision making

  • Ongoing professional development

  • A licensing process

 

The College of  Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick has worked diligently with the Province of New Brunswick and their lawyer to create the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick ACT.   Please take a few moments to read our ACT, so that you may have a better understanding of who we are.

Interested in actively participating on the CCTNB Board of Directors? As a member, we invite you to submit your name for one of the following committees:

  • Billing Access Committee

  • Standards of Practice and Discipline Committees

  • Registration Review Committee

  • Complaints Committee 

  • Communications Committee

  • Annual General Meeting Committee
